This fabulous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury condo is located on the top floor of one of the nicest condominium complexes in Manzanillo. What a gorgeous penthouse view. The condo is completely remodeled and covers two floors. The main living area encompasses the living room, dining room, modern kitchen, large laundry room (complete with washer and dryer) and half bath. The spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths are located upstairs. Each room individually air conditioned with remote controls. A beautiful deck sits off the living room and another one off the master bedroom.

Pacifico Azul Condominium grounds are beautifully kept with a pool that goes on forever. Relax at the beautiful covered lobby area where you can take advantage of their concierge services. There is ping pong and other fun activities on the grounds including newly resurfaced tennis courts. The complex is gated and has underground parking.

From the pool area, walk out onto the beach where you can take a leisurely stroll or lay on the chaise lounges that are placed in a shallow pool to keep you cool. There is a large Jacuzzi for adults and small shallow pools for the young ones. You have to see the pool area to believe how gorgeous it really is.

You are within walking distance to some of Manzanillo’s great restaurants, nightlife, shopping and other activities. Taxi service is readily available and Pacifico Azul is also on the city’s bus line. For more exploring in Manzanillo you may want to take a ride out to the turtle preserve in Cuyutlan; enjoy a morning of golf at the Las Hadas Golf Course. We can even arrange charter fishing trips for groups of 6 or more.

Then again, you can just sit and enjoy your beautiful surroundings on the Mexican Riviera.
